Lovely grounds for you to enjoy
GROUNDS
There is a large fully enclosed private garden to the rear of the house, mostly lawned with large raised decking and patio furniture. For children there is a large sandpit with sand toys, and an extensive play area with playhouse, trampoline, slide, climbing frame and toys. A gas barbecue is available if required.
There is a large mowed meadow - several acres in area for ball games etc. Alongside this is the Donkey field . There are also chickens and fresh eggs are available.
There is abundant wildlife in the area including Red Kites, Buzzards, Jays and there is a resident pair of Lesser Spotted Woodpeckers that come to the bird feeders just outside the sitting room.
