The comfortable sitting / Dining room
Has a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player with a large supply of DVD movies. There is a log burner with the initial supply of logs provided. Additional fuel can be purchased locally or from the owner. The compact, fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge and all the usual small appliances. Separately there is an automatic washing machine and small freezer. There is additional freezer space in the outside storage area if required.
ACCOMMODATION
Parc Gwair has three bedrooms sleeping a MAXIMUM of 5 people, including children, No under threes are excepted due to no cot, highchair etc. It is limited to five guests to provide extra comfort and space. There are 2 double bedrooms, one upstairs with a king-sized bed and en-suite luxury shower room, the other double being downstairs. Also upstairs there is a large twin bedroom, with another en-suite luxury shower room. All the bedrooms have TVs with DVD, and in the twin bedroom there is an X-box games console. Quality bed linen and tea towels are supplied but not towels. The downstairs family luxury bathroom with under-floor heating has a roll-top bath with his and hers vanity units, while the upstairs luxurious en-suites have double-sized showers.
