Parc Gwair or 'Hay Meadow'
Is an outstanding country property less than 2 miles from the Cardigan Bay
coast with 8 acres of carefully tended meadows and views over the surrounding countryside.
There are two donkeys, chickens, two cats and Colin the Cocker Spanial.
The large garden has raised decking with patio furniture,
a gas barbecue and extensive play facilities for children and a indoor games room
with a pub pool table and air hockey.
The Crown Inn Pub and Restaurant at Llwyndafydd is just a few
hundred yards down a quiet country lane from the house.
The owners live in the adjacent annexe so you are assured of a warm welcome.
